4500 Ft Long Interstate-90 Viaduct in Wallace, Idaho
The majority of the contract involved replacing modular expansion joints throughout the viaduct. A median cross-over was utilized to improve safety and construct ability. Several other structural repairs were performed including, concrete patch repair, epoxy crack injection and MSE retaining wall repairs. The project was completed ahead of original contract time despite the addition of extra work and unforeseen design conflicts with trans-continental fiber optic conduits.
