SH41 over UPRR, Post Falls, ID
C. L. Heilman Co. subcontracted with Scarsella Brothers expanding SH41 to include a 4-lane divided roadway, upgrade the surrounding traffic signals and illumination, add a shared-use path on one side of the highway and eliminate all railroad crossings. C.L. Heilman’s portion of the work included a pedestrian tunnel under the highway and two bridges over the UP Railroad.
