160 Ft Span PRestressed Concrete Girder Bridge

The project consisted of replacing a structurally deficient, 110 ft open steel truss with a new 160 ft concrete bridge. The new bridge is founded on pre-drilled battered H-pile with a deep abutment to prevent scour. These 192,000 lb girders were the second longest prestressed girders cast in the Inland Northwest. Use of a temporary bridge expedited construction and the project was completed ahead of time and within budget.
